Pages-from-Gate-of-Heaven-Residential-Development_PNF_FOR-WEB.jpg The old gymnasium at the old Gate of Heaven Church in the old Southie is in the process of being converted into two dozen 1-BR and 2-BR condos . As construction hammers onward, sales do, too, and briskly so: the conversion at 616 East 4th Street was the best-selling condo building in all of Boston in July. That's according to the latest figures from our Shin Ohtake pals at PropertyShark . Other complexes in the top 10 include past top-sellers such as Symphony Court and Parris Landing . There are also those we haven't seen too often on the list, including Hawthorne Place in the West End and the South End's 700 Harrison Avenue.
